Very comfortable stylish rooms. 5 stars for staff, very good assistance:) One of the best breakfasts I have even had in Dubai, I even found new dishes I have never tried during the breakfast in any other hotel. Especially I liked 24/7 food service to the room. Everyone should try Arabian style meat and grilled shrimps!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park for 2 weeks, going to Dubai for surgery. Our experience was unique, not limited to our physical presence, the hotel staff was supporting us for 3 months prior to our arrival. Due to multiple bureaucratic delays, our arrival kept being postponed. Our items had already arrived to the hotel, and the staff were always pleasant to work with. Forever thanks to Hafiz who initially took control of our arriving deliveries, coordinating with the rest of the staff. When we finally arrived, we felt like coming home, all the staff welcomed us like family. Throughout our stay the quality of service was never less than 5 stars. We could give a list of names of who was helpful as we knew everyone individually by name like our own family, however they worked together as a seamless team acting as one.

The location very near to global village The staff are very friendly and very nice Kids pool was amazing ( small but my kids really like it) Very new and modern Nice coffe shop in the lobby

We stayed because our had emergency surgery and to be near the hospital. This hotel is truly lovely, the staff are fantastic and so accommodating. It is very clean and comfortable. We had s few meals there and also breakfast and all very nice. A high standard new hotel. We were so grateful that all staff were so accommodating from the security and front desk personnel to staff in the dining room, they have a great culture and very happy vibe.
